Class Schedule

The 2024 Leadership Dickinson County sessions will take place from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the following dates:

- **October 8th**

- **October 15th**

- **October 29th**

- **November 5th**

- **November 12th** - Special one-day course at the Kansas Leadership Center in Wichita.

- **November 19th** - Session recap and evening banquet.

Each session is crafted to provide immersive learning experiences, networking opportunities, and the development of practical leadership skills that can be applied both professionally and personally.

**Applications Now Open**

Leadership Dickinson County is now accepting applications for its 2024 class. Aspiring leaders and community members who are eager to make a positive impact in Dickinson County are encouraged to apply.  This program is ideal for individuals who are committed to personal growth and community betterment.

**Application Process and Details:**

- **Deadline for Applications:** July 1, 2024

- **Eligibility:** Open to all residents and workers within Dickinson County who are interested in enhancing their leadership skills.

**About Leadership Dickinson County**

The mission of Leadership Dickinson County is to foster the development of leadership skills among program participants by promoting community awareness, enhancing problem-solving abilities, refining interpersonal communication, encouraging civic engagement, and nurturing personal relationships. This comprehensive program encompasses classroom instruction, engaging field trips, enlightening panel discussions, and collaborative projects.
